• The decorator will arrive and complete the setup anytime within your selected time slot and will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled time.
• Please ensure someone is present at the venue during decoration.
• We use removable tape to prevent wall damage.
• Images shown are from actual setups; final look may vary based on your space.
• Customer must provide a stool or ladder for ceiling decorations.
• Decor stays in best condition for up to 24 hours indoors.
• The ring stand, neon sign and numeric LED is rented and will be collected after 24 hrs
